Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Activated Mobile Solutions, LLC (“SiteRevive IQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the SiteRevive IQ platform (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text). If you join a workspace someone else created, we collect the same for you.
Workspace and website data. We store the websites you add to your workspace, the scan results for those websites (page content structure, technical/SEO/accessibility/security findings, scores), issues, roadmaps, reports, and proposals you generate, and any competitor/prospect sites you choose to track.
Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Stripe handles that under its own privacy and security practices. We do store subscription status, plan, and billing history metadata (like renewal dates) needed to run your account.
Usage and log data. We collect standard technical data, including IP address, browser/device information, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this data for security, debugging, and to keep the Service running reliably.
Communications. If you email us for support, we keep that correspondence to respond to you and improve the Service.
Cookies. We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your appearance/theme preference. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
2. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide the Service: run scans, generate reports, enforce plan limits, and process billing.
- Send you account-related email: welcome messages, password-reset confirmations, billing notices, plus scan-completion and finding alerts if you’ve opted in. You can turn off the optional notification categories in Settings at any time; account-security emails (like password-changed confirmations) are not optional.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- Improve the Service, including understanding which features are used and where errors occur.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your workspace’s website/scan data to train any product outside of SiteRevive IQ.
3. Website data you scan
Because the Service is built around scanning websites you designate, including sites you don’t own for prospecting workflows, scan results for a third-party site (like a prospect or competitor) may incidentally include content from that site’s public pages. We treat this the same as any other workspace data (Section 1 above); we don’t independently republish or resell it. You’re responsible for using this feature in line with our Terms of Service’s acceptable-use section.
4. Client-facing report sharing
Reports include an optional “Share with client” link. Anyone with that link can view the report without an account. This is a feature you control: you choose when to create and when to revoke a share link. It’s disclosed here so you understand that a report you generate is not private-by-default once you’ve shared its link.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to run the Service:
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): application hosting and infrastructure, and transactional email delivery (Amazon SES).
- Zoho: company mailbox hosting for our own support/notification email accounts (this does not mean your data is stored in Zoho beyond emails we send you).
- Law enforcement or legal process: if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of SiteRevive IQ, our users, or the public.
- A successor entity: if we’re involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, in which case we’ll notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We do not sell personal information to data brokers or advertisers.
6. Data retention
We keep your account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your workspace is flagged for deletion, your subscription is set not to renew, and access continues until your current billing period ends (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy). We retain your workspace data for 90 days from the date deletion was requested, in case you change your mind and want to resubscribe. No separate request is needed to restore it during that window. After the 90-day period, our staff performs a permanent, irreversible deletion of your workspace data from our production systems, subject to what we need to retain for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, and subject to the retention period of our backups (after which backups are also cycled out).
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. You can:
- Update your profile information yourself in Settings.
- Turn off optional email notification categories in Settings.
- Request account deletion from Settings (self-serve on Basic/Pro) or by contacting us (Enterprise).
- Contact us at support@sitereviveiq.com for any other privacy request, including data access or export requests.
We’ll respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you’re a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), gives you the following rights over the personal information we hold about you:
- Right to know/access: what personal information we’ve collected about you, the categories of sources, our purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties we share it with (see Section 1 and Section 5 above for that detail).
- Right to delete: request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (for example, information we need to retain for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, per Section 6 above).
- Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: we do not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” it (as that term is defined under the CPRA, meaning disclosure for cross-context behavioral advertising) with any third party. Because we don’t do either, there’s no opt-out link on this site because there’s nothing to opt out of.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: we collect very little “sensitive personal information” as CPRA defines it. We don’t collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, precise geolocation, health, biometric, or similar data. Your password is stored hashed and is never visible to us in plain text. We don’t use sensitive personal information for any purpose beyond what’s necessary to provide the Service, so there’s no separate opt-out needed for this right either.
- Right to non-discrimination: we won’t deny you the Service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights.
- Right to appeal: if we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our denial email or contacting us at support@sitereviveiq.com; we’ll respond to your appeal within the timeframe required by law.
How to exercise these rights: contact us at support@sitereviveiq.com, or use the self-serve options in Settings listed above. We’ll verify your identity (typically by confirming the request comes from the email address on your account) before fulfilling access, deletion, or correction requests. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may still require you to verify your own identity directly with us.
Notice at collection. The categories of personal information we collect, and why, are described in Sections 1 and 2 above (account information, workspace/website data, payment metadata, usage/log data, communications, and cookies). We collect this information to provide and secure the Service, process billing, and communicate with you. We retain each category for as long as described in Section 6. We have not sold or shared any California resident’s personal information in the preceding 12 months.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will notify affected users as required by law in the event of a breach.
9. Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
10. International data transfers
Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States (AWS). If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify account owners by email.
