Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) and Activated Mobile Solutions, LLC (“SiteRevive IQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the SiteRevive IQ website auditing platform, including its Basic, Pro, and Enterprise tiers and any associated websites, dashboards, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.

1. The Service

SiteRevive IQ scans websites you designate and produces audits covering technical SEO, content, accessibility, conversion, and security/trust findings, along with reports, roadmaps, and monitoring features that vary by plan tier. Feature availability, website/scan limits, and team-seat limits depend on your subscription tier as described on our pricing page.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You’re responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Workspace owners are responsible for the conduct of any team members they invite.

3. Acceptable use: scanning websites you don’t control

The Service lets you enter any URL to scan, including websites you don’t own (for example, prospecting or competitive research). You agree that:

• You will only scan websites you own, are authorized to scan on behalf of a client, or that are otherwise permitted for you to analyze under applicable law (for example, non-invasive analysis of a competitor’s or prospect’s public-facing pages for legitimate business purposes).
• You will not use the Service to scan a website in a way that violates that website’s terms of service, attempts to bypass access controls, or is intended to disrupt, overload, or damage the target site.
• You will not use the Service to collect personal data about individuals beyond what’s incidentally present in publicly crawlable site content, or for any unlawful surveillance, harassment, or discriminatory purpose.
• You will not use the Service to build a competing product, to resell raw scan output as a standalone data product, or to reverse-engineer the scanning or scoring engine.
• You will not attempt to circumvent plan limits (website counts, scan credits, team seats) or share a single account across an organization larger than your plan permits.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section without refund.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and credits

• Paid tiers are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• Some plans include a monthly allotment of scan credits; additional credits can be purchased as one-time top-ups. Unused credits do not roll over unless stated otherwise at time of purchase.
• Prices may change with notice; changes apply to your next billing cycle, not to a period you’ve already paid for.

5. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the website data, workspace configuration, and content you input into the Service. You grant us a license to process that content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service (including running scans, generating reports, and sending the notifications you’ve opted into). We do not sell your content or your clients’ data.

Reports you generate may include a “Share with client” link that allows anyone with the link to view a read-only version of that report without logging in. You are responsible for controlling who you send that link to and for revoking it when appropriate. The Service provides a revoke option for exactly this reason.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, scoring methodology, and design, is owned by us and our licensors. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks, source code, or underlying technology beyond the limited right to use the Service as intended.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and processors, including Stripe (payments) and Amazon Web Services (hosting and email delivery). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers’ applicable terms where relevant.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” Scan results, scores, and recommendations are automated and provided for informational purposes; they are not a guarantee of search ranking, accessibility compliance, security posture, or any particular business outcome. You’re responsible for independently verifying any change before relying on it for legal, security, or compliance purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Activated Mobile Solutions, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law. If you request account deletion, we retain your workspace data for 90 days from the date deletion was requested before permanent deletion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new effective date, and for material changes we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify account owners by email.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
